Our company is a small company, is to expensive to have a IT department
We will
begin by assessing and documenting your IT infrastructure and if
possible setting up monitoring and remote administration tools. If we
identify problems at this stage we will correct them, we will try also
to organize the documentations of the installed hardware and software.
We will create also backups and
application libraries to have on your site in case of worst case. Of
course that all collected information is confidential.
Latter
if there are problems we
will know where to look from the documentation, and try to solve it
remote if possible (also if the customer allow us to connect remote). If
is not possible remote
we will go to your location and fix it.
We need a short solving problems time. Can I Computer Solutions

Yes
of course! From the documentation we know what could be the problem, or
have a good hunch. Also if we suspect hardware problems we have a pool
of spare parts handy in the case of a hardware failure . So we have a
good head start.
Of course to resurrect a dead computer with a
“dead” hard disk will take a bit more since there are all the data
and application that need to be restored.
Our company is a foreign one. Are you able to cope with the language
barrier?
Yes, all our staff knows at least English.
We have a deadline and we will work overtime and over the weekend and need to be sure that our computers run.

Yes, on request, and for now with an additional charge we will
mach your program for a period of time.

license programs,
which licensing model could be the best for your company.
Hardware failed and is in warranty but the supplier says that it will not be
repaired/replaced
now but next week.
If
we have the component we will replace it until is repaired/replaced.
We can deal also with the suppliers concerning the service issues.
Our
policy is that a component that not diagnosed/repaired in 3 hours should be
replaced free or charge and if the suppliers are not up to this
standard we try to shield our customer from this problems offering
them spare components until theirs are repaired.
We have “exotic” equipment.
We have worked with IBM iSeries machines and also with Sun
Spark. We are learning now the Apples, since they begun to more present
here.
